Move more people, without moving more steel.
CrowdGatherGo unlocks dramatic capacity from the rails, roads and last-mile networks you already have — using traffic-stream science, slot-based timetables and a patent-pending road-wagon platform.
Long-distance rail throughput
Slot-based timetables that fit 500 daily trains on existing tracks — without new corridors.
Explore the science →Easing city interchanges
Small, scientific tweaks to junctions that double throughput — paint, signs, and well-placed U-turns.
See the patterns →Last-mile crowd connectivity
A patent-pending road-wagon + platform system: light-rail volumes at bus-grade infra cost.
Meet the road-wagon →Five-minute slots. Five-hundred trains a day. Same tracks.
Indian Railways doesn't need new corridors to carry more — it needs analytical timetables. We run every through-train on the main line at the section's uniform non-stop speed, evenly spaced on a fixed 5-minute headway, and push all stopping onto elongated station loops. Each halt costs a little time, so that train simply takes a later slot — and the main line stays a homogeneous freeway. The result: a saturated double-line corridor lifted toward ~500 train-slots a day, with longer loops rather than new running lines — and no Dedicated Freight Corridor required.
- Slot-based scheduling — every train picks the next available 5-minute slot. FCFS, deterministic, simulatable.
- Loop-line overtakes — eliminate the express-vs-passenger speed conflict that wastes capacity today.
- Freight kept up to speed — under-powered rakes get added traction or a dedicated window, so the main line stays uniform.
- Feedback-stabilised runs — analytics flags a drift early and keeps the corridor self-correcting.
- Ferrying - containers, cars & bikes, on flatcars with suburban stops, for intermodal connectivity & demand.
Most jams are made at junctions — not on roads.
Every traffic-stream model (Greenshield, Greenberg, Underwood) tells the same story: flow peaks at half the jam density, then collapses. Once you cross that point, congestion cascades into a jam that takes hours to clear. We keep cities on the jam-free side of that curve — with small, surgical changes to junctions, not billion-dollar flyovers.
- Identify high-density corridors — Pareto holds: 80% of volume runs on under 20% of roads.
- Access-control them — lane dividers, controlled entries/exits, no sudden lane-switching.
- Replace 4-way signals with U-turn pairs, butterfly loops, or signal-light cloverleafs based on geometry.
- Pilot in 1 week — paint, signage and signal-timing tweaks; measure before/after; then scale.
Buses are great. Bus-stops are the problem.
Buses lose capacity not on the road, but at the stop — slow boarding, single doors, queueing at terminals. Our patent-pending road-wagon + platform system fixes the dwell-time bottleneck: multi-door wagons sync with raised platforms so people flow on and off in seconds. You get light-rail-grade volumes at bus-grade cost — and crucially, on existing roads.
- Low dwell time — multi-door, level boarding from platforms, ARAI Type-1 compliant.
- Road-sharing — no dedicated corridors needed; cheaper than median/curb BRT, deployable anywhere.
- Built for surge — office-area peaks, inter-modal connections, Hajj / Kumbh / national processions.
- Inter-modal glue — connects railway stations, airports and bus-stands at the throughput they actually need.
Pilot small. Measure. Then scale.
Every CrowdGatherGo engagement follows the same lean loop: study the bottleneck, model the science, run a low-cost pilot in days, and only then commit capital to scale.
Map the real bottleneck
Walk the corridor or junction. Identify where Pareto's 80/20 hits and what's actually choking flow.
Apply the right science
Traffic-stream models for roads, slot timetables for rail, dwell-time math for last-mile. Quantify before promising.
Cheap, one-week pilot
Paint, signs, signal timings, a wagon trial. Visible results in 7 days, single junction or single corridor.
Roll out with feedback
Use measured uplift to fund and template the next 10 junctions, corridors, or wagon fleets.
Three doors in. Same playbook.
CrowdGatherGo works hand-in-hand with the planners and organisers responsible for moving people at scale. Pick the door that fits — and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.
For Railway zones & planning heads
Want to lift corridor throughput without new track? We co-design slot-based timetables and overtake plans.
